Buying direct from an Iowa farm
When you buy a half cow from us, you buy from the family that raised the animal. You know exactly where it came from and exactly what was not used to raise it: no growth hormones, no feed additives, pasture raised and grain finished, dry-aged up to 21 days. A half is $2,350 for about 200 pounds, roughly $11.75 a pound.
