Steakhouse quality without leaving home, and the easiest way to meet our beef. The First Taste Sampler pairs a sampling of our dry-aged reserve steaks with three pounds of our home-raised ground beef. Deep flavor, exceptional tenderness, no shortcuts, just premium heritage beef done right.

Pasture raised, grass fed, grain finished Angus, dry-aged up to 21 days for flavor. One taste and you will understand what our regulars already know.

How It's Raised  
At Mundorf Heritage Beef, our cattle are pasture-raised in a rotational grazing system where they graze various grasses and legumes. During their first winter, calves are fed free choice home-raised hay and a limited amount of corn. Our cattle are fattened on a rotational grazing system of forage supplemented by a modest amount of corn to maximize the flavor and marbling of the beef. We do not use implants or added hormones. We do not use antibiotics to promote growth, but we will use them in situations where they are medically needed for the well- being of the animal. We believe in providing a stress-free environment to ensure the health and well-being of our animals, which translates into the best quality beef for your family.
Shipping & Delivery  
We offer local pickup at designated times and by appointment as well as shipping nationwide. We ship on Monday and Tuesday and product is packaged correctly to arrive frozen and ready for your freezer.

We recently got some beef from the Mundorfs. I normally raise our own beef but we ran short. Mundorf Heritage Beef is some of the best beef I've ever had. The New York Strips were excellent!!!!!
