This box of dry-aged, thick-cut premium steaks will impress any special guest you honor. The ribeyes, t-bone, and New York strips are cut an inch and a quarter thick, and the filets are an inch and a half thick. Our Angus cattle produce finely marbled, tender, flavorful beef. Our only caveat is that our customers often complain their favorite steakhouse meal is a disappointment by comparison.

At Mundorf Heritage Beef, our cattle are pasture-raised in a rotational grazing system where they graze various grasses and legumes. During their first winter, calves are fed free choice home-raised hay and a limited amount of corn. Our cattle are fattened on a rotational grazing system of forage supplemented by a modest amount of corn to maximize the flavor and marbling of the beef. We do not use implants or added hormones. We do not use antibiotics to promote growth, but we will use them in situations where they are medically needed for the well- being of the animal. We believe in providing a stress-free environment to ensure the health and well-being of our animals, which translates into the best quality beef for your family.
We offer local pickup at designated times and by appointment as well as shipping nationwide. We ship on Monday and Tuesday and product is packaged correctly to arrive frozen and ready for your freezer.
