Shipping Policy
We ship our beef frozen and packed to stay cold, straight from our family farm to your door.

How we pack
Every order ships frozen in an insulated box with coolant sized to keep your beef cold through transit. Your beef may arrive partially thawed but still cold to the touch, which is normal and safe to refreeze or cook.

When we ship
We ship Monday through Wednesday so packages do not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the continental United States.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within one to three business days of shipping. You do not need to be home to receive the box, but we recommend bringing it inside and getting the beef into a freezer soon after it arrives.

If something goes wrong
If your box is delayed or arrives warm, contact us within 48 hours at jeff@mhbeef.com and we will make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
