A 1/4 share is approximately 100lbs of beef. Choose between two Cut Styles:

Grillsmoke Cut:

This is the perfect package for the grill master who enjoys firing up the charcoal, gas, or wood pellets. It is loaded with premium beef ready to be grilled or smoked, along with some for your kitchen. You put quality effort and time into preparing your beef; why use anything less than our premium dry-aged beef? 

• Ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, sirloin, minute/cubed steaks
  
• Chuck roasts, brisket, short and back ribs.
  
• Ground beef is packaged as 75% one-half pound burger patties and 25% one-pound packages.
  
• Ten pounds of beef bratwurst in your choice of flavors. (Original, Jalapeno Cheddar, or Bacon Cheeseburger)

Farmhouse Cut:

You enjoy feeding your family scrumptious dishes from your slow cooker, oven, or
stovetop. The premium beef in our Farmhouse Kitchen Quarter Share will provide the
protein cornerstone for your meals. These carefully curated cuts are ideal for savory
slow-cooked and quick-thaw/quick-prep meals and premium steaks and burger patties
for backyard barbecues.
